Developmental Evaluation Lead, Policy LINK Ghana

Chriss Addy Boye-Doe is a development expert with 10 years of experience. He specializes in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) with a focus on qualitative evaluation methods and Institutional Capacity Facilitation. His work focuses on international development in the agricultural sector in Ghana. He leads and facilitates the design and implementation of systems for project monitoring, and performance evaluations. He combines skills in evaluation and organisational development to facilitate teams through activity planning and reflection, team building, learning processes, and adaptive action planning and decision-making.

At Headlight, Chriss serves as the Developmental Evaluation Lead for Policy LINK Ghana. Prior to this, Chriss was a freelance consultant in evaluation and organisation development where he led the implementation of the end project evaluations for two international projects, facilitated trainings for two institutions, and led team building and synergy enhancement activities for three international organisations. He was a technical advisor responsible for monitoring and evaluation and institutional capacity building with GIZ Ghana’s Market Oriented Agriculture Programme (GIZ/MOAP) for eight years.

Chriss is a trained Blue Marble evaluator, with a MA in Development Studies from the University of Ghana, and Certificate in Organisational Development from the OD Institute, Ghana.
